THE ARIA CD IS OUT! - You can find my recently released CD of romantic opera arias (and a duet) by Dvo%u0159ák, Puccini, Catalani, Gounod and Delibes, appropriately if plainly entitled "Christine Moore - Arias", at CD Baby. In June I will be releasing my first CD of opera arias - I'll let you know soon the exact date it will become available. And in October, I will sing a Lieder concert in Beirut in celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the German Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lebanon.
The year 2009 will also launch the premiere of a new opera, The Mask in the Mirror, by composer Richard Thompson based on the life of celebrated African-American poet Paul Laurence Dunbar ("I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings"). I will sing the role of Dunbar's wife, Alice. More details on this as they become available to me. Here's some info about Paul Dunbar

Happy 2005 everyone! May the new year bring peace, calm and rectitude to all in the world. Sorry this website has taken so long to finalize; I've been a bit lazy, what with the holidays and all. I have just put new entries for a couple of spring concerts on the calendar, and I will add a couple more soon. You'll also soon find another Sound upload - hope you enjoy it.
